Dr. Guelpa DDS
Practicing dentistry since 1983, Dr. Guelpa brings decades of experience, innovation, and craftsmanship to every aspect of patient care. He has always enjoyed creating with his hands, solving complex problems, and combining technique, materials, and technology to develop better solutions for his patients. Dr. Guelpa has advanced training in anterior esthetic dentistry and facial esthetics, including injectables, dermal fillers, smooth and retracting threads, TMJ therapy, and sleep dentistry, and has served as a mentor in facial esthetics education. His favorite part of dentistry is applying years of experience to address each patient’s unique challenges and creating beautiful smiles that restore both function and confidence. Dr. Guelpa values the dedicated team at Guelpa Dental Arts and the opportunity to make a positive impact in his patients’ lives. Outside of the office, he enjoys boating, building furniture, and target shooting.

Holly Jo Hygienist
With over 34 years of experience in dentistry, Holly Jo began her career working for an orthodontist in high school. Inspired by her aunt, she completed two years of hygiene school and holds an anesthesia certification. She loves getting to know her patients, educating them on their oral health, and bringing laughter into each visit. At Guelpa Dental Arts, Holly enjoys the supportive, family atmosphere and working alongside Dr. Guelpa. Outside the office, she’s a fan of the Denver Broncos and Kentucky Wildcats and loves spending time with her family.
Maria Hygienist
Working in dentistry since 1991, Maria brings decades of experience to her role as a dental hygienist. She is passionate about educating patients on the connection between oral health and overall health and takes pride in helping patients understand how to care for their smiles. Maria is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to better serve a diverse patient population. She values the high standard of dentistry and attention to detail at Guelpa Dental Arts. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and exploring genealogy.
Tammy Hygienist
With over 33 years of experience in dentistry, Tammy brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every visit. Inspired early on to help others feel confident in their smiles, she is passionate about clearly explaining treatment and making sure patients feel heard, understood, and cared for. Tammy has advanced training including anesthesia and laser certifications across multiple states. She loves the supportive, team-focused environment at Guelpa Dental Arts. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys traveling as much as possible and spending time with her dog, Sophie.
Lastenia Dental Assistant
With over 26 years of experience in dentistry, Lastenia is known for her warm, hands-on approach to patient care. She completed expanded functions and radiology certification courses at Pensacola Junior College and enjoys helping patients feel relaxed, confident, and well cared for—especially when seeing their smile transformations. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Lastenia loves connecting with patients and helping make every visit a positive experience. Outside the office, she enjoys listening to 80s and 90s music, spending time with her family and her dog Caramel, doing nails and ceramics, and taking cruises to Mexico and the Bahamas.
Alesia Dental Assistant
With having worked in dentistry since 2007, Alesia has been a valued member of the Guelpa Dental Arts team since 2012. She is a graduate of Fortis College as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and has a true passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Alesia loves seeing the positive impact a new smile can have on a patient’s health and overall quality of life. She especially enjoys the small, family-like atmosphere at Guelpa Dental Arts. Outside of the office, Alesia loves watching her kids play sports and stays actively involved with her church’s youth group.
Olga Team Lead
With having worked in dentistry for over 10 years, Olga enjoys supporting patients both chairside and at the front desk. She is passionate about helping people and loves getting to know members of the Pensacola community while making patients feel comfortable and welcomed. Olga is CPR trained and is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, helping her better serve a diverse patient base. She takes pride in being part of a friendly, supportive work environment at Guelpa Dental Arts. Outside of the office, she enjoys singing, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
Ethan Team Lead
With having worked in dentistry for over two years, Ethan enjoys building meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients. He is passionate about helping people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles and takes pride in getting to know each patient personally so they feel comfortable and cared for. Ethan values the supportive, patient-first environment at Guelpa Dental Arts and enjoys being part of a team that treats patients like family. Outside of the office, he loves spending time with his fiancée, his Shiba Inu, Ghibli, and traveling the country.
Robin Front Office Staff
With over 40 years of experience in dentistry, Robin began her career as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office. Encouraged by her own hygienist, she holds ICD-10 certification and CPR training and loves helping patients feel valued while guiding them toward healthy, beautiful smiles. At Guelpa Dental Arts, she enjoys the close-knit team environment and working alongside Dr. Guelpa. Outside the office, Robin loves traveling, spending time with her grandkids, making wreaths and floral arrangements, and cheering on Auburn football.
Ashton Front Office Staff
With having been a part of the dental field on and off since 2008 as well as growing up around Guelpa Dental Arts, Ashton loves being part of a team that helps patients feel confident in their smiles and enjoys showing people that a dental visit can be a positive, welcoming experience. She especially values the joyful, team-oriented environment in the office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, hiking, and cooking.
